Terms of Service

The service

Bubukey drafts and sends text messages on your behalf and keeps every reply in one private workspace. Conversations stay open until you delete them; there is no automatic completion.

Plans and billing

• Conversation Pass — $5.99, one-time. One open-ended conversation with a social proxy.
• Pro — $9.99 per month. Unlimited ongoing conversations and saved history. Billing renews monthly until you cancel.

Payment is collected through our checkout provider. You can update payment details or cancel a subscription from the billing controls in your account at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the period ends.

What you promise

• You are the person sending the brief, and the conversation is genuinely yours.
• You have the right to text the numbers you give us, and you will not use Bubukey to contact someone who has asked you to stop.
• No unlawful, threatening, harassing, or deceptive use, no impersonation, no mass or unsolicited messaging, and no use for collecting money you are not owed.
• You will not abuse the service to probe, scrape, or disrupt it or its providers.

Message compliance

Automated messages are sent from a shared number. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. You are responsible for making sure the content you ask Bubukey to send is lawful and accurate.

Accuracy and limits

Replies are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. You remain responsible for what is ultimately sent in your name. We may limit, suspend, or stop an account that breaks these terms or the rules of our messaging and payment providers.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may change. We may update these terms; the revision date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Bubukey after an update means you accept it.

Ending an account

You can stop using Bubukey at any time, delete conversations as you go, and ask for your account to be removed. Paid periods are not prorated once started unless the law says otherwise.
